In some circumstances there could be additional professional fees such as bat survey, historic building report etc.

Semi-detached rear or side extension, single or 2 storey approx £850.
Semi-detached rear and side extension, single or 2 storey approx £900.
Detached rear or side extension, single or 2 storey approx £950.

Barn conversion or similar approx £1150 New builds are too individual to estimate.
